Our Story
Simply Fab Media (Pty) Ltd was founded on a dream of many ideas coming together, with great passion and an opportunity that had passed. Simply Fab Media (Pty) Ltd was inspired by Miss Chantell-Ann Lucia Antonie, a thinker with very limited financial resources, but with extraordinary and outstanding business innovatory ideas and vision that did not leave
Financiers in a standstill position, but had no logical choice but to create an entity independent in all aspects of engineering, project funding, infrastructure, mining, and trading investment, known as Simply Fab Media (Pty) Ltd. We created our divisions to make the best use of our available resources and eliminate the need for subcontracting, which saves us a lot of time when servicing projects.
We have been rapidly expanding our divisions while paying close attention to the needs of our Associates and Partners and understanding their challenges. Simply Fab Media (Pty)Ltd was built from the ground up to focus on Project Developments. We are growing in order to be the one-stop solution for Global Projects and Investment Network.
We have seen significant growth in our engineering, civils, infrastructure, project funding, and mining divisions. These changes demonstrate a positive movement that we will continue to practice and achieve. A lot has been planned and will continue to be planned; we are a very subtle organization that likes to create examples from our work; we are more practical than any industry that provides our scope of services.

Willem Jacobus Antonie
Ad Interim Chairman
Mr. Willem Jacobus Antonie, our Ad Interim Chairman, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Simply Fab Media (Pty) Ltd. He holds a bachelor’s degree in education, a certificate in engineering and inspection, and a higher diploma in marketing and sales, which has equipped him to lead the technical and operational aspects of our organization.
As Technical & Operations Executive, Mr. Antonie manages the engineering resources within our company, ensuring that we have a multidisciplinary team of diverse engineers working together to develop and implement our Projects strategies. He is a technical expert representative for all of our Associates, Partners, and Clients, ensuring that we meet their needs with the highest quality and standards.
In addition, Mr. Antonie is responsible for controlling the budget/cost center, creating tools and processes that reduce engineering lead time, improve quality, reusability, reliability, and standard compliance. His contributions enable us to achieve operational excellence and deliver innovative solutions to our customers.
We are fortunate to have Mr. Antonie as our Ad Interim Chairman, and his leadership and expertise have been invaluable in driving our organization’s success.
Chantell-Ann Lucia Antonie
Managing Director
Miss Chantell-Ann Lucia Antonie, our Managing Director, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Simply Fab Media (Pty) Ltd. With a master’s degree in business and administration, she has extensive management and leadership experience, having successfully led companies across different countries, including South Africa, from projects to thriving businesses.
Miss Antonie’s exceptional leadership qualities and vision have made her an invaluable asset to our Company’s investors. As the driving force behind Simply Fab Media’s vision, she directs and controls all business operations on a daily basis, ensuring that the Company operates at the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness.
Miss Antonie’s strategic guidance and direction to the Management Committee enable us to meet our financial vision, mission, and long-term objectives. Her expertise in business administration has played a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s growth and success.

Douw Gert Brandt Coetzee
Finance Director
Mr. Douw Gert Brandt Coetzee, our Finance Director, is a highly skilled and experienced financial professional with a degree in internal auditing from the University of South Africa. He is an integral member of our leadership team and plays a critical role in ensuring Simply Fab Media (Pty) Ltd’s financial integrity.
As Finance Director, Mr. Coetzee is responsible for maintaining our Company’s financial health and compliance with Financial Investment Management, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and international financial regulations. His expertise in finance and administration enables us to operate at the highest level of financial efficiency and effectiveness.
Mr. Coetzee’s contributions have been invaluable to our Company’s success, and his diligence and attention to detail have earned the trust and confidence of our investors and stakeholders. Jayson van Ster
Logistics Director
Mr. Jayson van Ster, our Logistics Director, plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Simply Fab Media (Pty) Ltd’s supply chain operations. With his expertise in logistics planning, warehousing, inventory management, budgeting, carrier relationship management, staffing, and ongoing logistics optimization, he is responsible for maintaining the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness in our logistics operations.
In addition to his logistical responsibilities, Mr. van Ster is dedicated to motivating and influencing both clients and staff. He believes in a passionate, loving, and humble workforce and works tirelessly to empower our employees while maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Mr. van Ster’s contributions have been instrumental in driving our Company’s success. His expertise and commitment to excellence have earned the trust and confidence of our clients and stakeholders, and we are fortunate to have him as our Logistics Director. Micha'l Sharon-Rose Antonie
Administration & Logistics Co-Director
Micha’l Sharon-Rose Antonie is a highly skilled and experienced business management and administration expert. She holds a Higher Diploma in Business Administration and Financial Management, as well as a Higher Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Higher Certificate in Project and Event Management.
With her extensive operational, coordination, management, administrative, and leadership experience, she has led innovative teams, as well as large and small businesses across South Africa. As the Administration and Logistics Co-Director, she is responsible for the smooth functioning of Simply Fab Media (PTY) Ltd’s administrative, operational, and financial assistance.
Ms. Antonie is committed to ensuring that our Company complies with all state and federal rules and standards, acting as the official record keeper and advisor to assist our board directors in carrying out their fiduciary duties. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, she coordinates the administration system and general procedures for the organization, supervises employees, promotes communication within the organization, and implements procedures to improve workplace efficiency.
As Logistics Co-Director, Ms. Antonie shares equal responsibilities and tasks to maintain the effective functioning of Simply Fab Media (PTY) Ltd’s logistics department. Her expertise in logistics and administration enables us to operate at the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness, and her contributions have been instrumental in driving our Company’s success. We are privileged to have her as our Administration and Logistics Co-Director, and we rely on her expertise to help us achieve our goals.
Wayne Wessel de Bruyn
Engineering & Operations Director
